GOLDEN BOYS 2006
Zurich
co-produced by Theaterhaus Gessnerallee
Made for Gisela Rocha‘s own company this full-evening piece was premiered in October
2006 in Zurich. It presents four performers and a musician, all of them multi-talented
and attractive. With the touch of a music-show this physical performance creates – deliberatly
planned – a bizarre, happy chaos in a warm, colourful and light atmosphere.
«Golden Boys» was co-produced by Theaterhaus Gessnerallee Zürich.

and to the limits of good taste. Thus making sense though, for being nourished by male
megalomania tasteless trash has the world in grip already

earlier creations – Gisela Rocha does not aim at an elaborated transformation of some
vision, neither on a perfection of the dramatic art form. Her interests focus on what is
happening in her team in each very moment. She prefers to stage the un-finished, the
briefly touched, the roughly scetched. She leaves various things in the state of research
